He is an adjunct Professor of “Sales, Leadership & Management Skills” to MBA and Executive MBA students at Hult Business School, a university with accreditation from both USA and the UK. He is fluent in Arabic, French, Spanish, and English and is Master Neuro Linguistic Programing (NLP) practitioner certified from the American and British Board.
As an independent contractor with Vector Marketing Corporation, he built his own multi-million-dollar company “RH International Inc.”. From Philadelphia, he moved to Puerto Rico & Costa Rica and built a sales force of over 300 people with more than 10 locations. He continued in that same business for 15 years achieving "Hall of Fame" status, a milestone reserved for the very best in that industry.
In 2004, he entered the corporate world to gain more international exposure and joined Unilever in Food Solutions.
As their Regional Sales Training Manager for Asia, Africa and Middle East he took his vast experience to more than 20 countries, designing and implementing a Global Sales Training Program. In 2007 he was further appointed Head of Sales for the G.C.C, and managed the turnaround of the Food Service Division from losing 5 years consecutively to its first ever profitable operation.
After reaching the rank of Business Head in 2009, on May 31 2010 he stepped away from Unilever to pursue his passion in speaking and training teams specifically those involved in B2B complex selling. Over the last 30 years, he has trained more than 100,000 people in 30+ countries on 5 continents. Among his clients are: Unilever Foodsolutions, Nestle Foodservice, Proctor & Gamble, Monin, Classic Fine Foods, Bidfoods, Nissan, Emerson Process Management, Trane, Rainbird, Chep Logistics, Nature Made Vitamins, and many local players in the Gulf Council Countries.
